Volunteer Roles

🎟
Event Staff
Serve as ushers, ticket takers, and greeters — the friendly face that welcomes our audience and ensures a smooth event experience for everyone.

Sound & Lighting Tech
Support our technical team with sound and lighting setup and operation. Experience preferred but enthusiasm welcomed — training provided where possible.
🎤
Stage Crew
Help with stage setup, teardown, and equipment management before and after performances. Physical work but hugely impactful.

Hospitality
Provide backstage support for our performers — helping ensure artists are comfortable, prepared, and ready to give their best performance.

Photography & Videography
Capture the magic of our events through photos and video. Content created by our volunteers helps share AMP Productions' story with the world.

Operate our concessions area during events — a fun, high-energy role that puts you right in the middle of the audience experience.

Our inaugural event is the Holiday Concert on December 12, 2026 at Lebanon High School Auditorium — we need volunteers for both the 2:00 PM Matinee and 7:00 PM Evening shows.

⚠️ Some roles such as Stage Crew, Sound & Lighting Tech, and Hospitality may require attendance at rehearsals and setup days prior to the event. This could represent a longer time commitment than event day alone. Specific dates and schedules will be determined and communicated to volunteers at a later date.
