Meet the dedicated individuals behind A.M.P. Productions โ united by a shared passion for music, community, and creating lasting change.

John Kluttz is a lifelong Lebanon resident, educator, musician, director, and community leader dedicated to using the arts to strengthen and connect his community.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Choral Conducting and a Master's Degree in Music Education from Oregon State University and spent his career teaching music and theater, operating a private music studio, founding a youth theater camp, and leading organizations of all sizes. His passion for music began in high school when choir director Paul Rowton helped him discover confidence, purpose, and potential through music โ an experience that inspired his career in music education.
Throughout the years, John has remained active in the local arts community, performing with the Lebanon Community Chorus, appearing in numerous LAFTA productions, serving as a music director for theatrical productions, and directing the Sweet Home Community Singing Christmas Tree for six years.
Inspired by the power of music and community, John co-founded A.M.P. Productions with Dana Foxx to create exceptional events that inspire audiences, bring people together, and support arts education for future generations. He believes the arts have the power to change lives, build lasting traditions, and unite communities.
John's greatest joy is his family. He and his wife are the proud parents of twelve children and grandparents to a growing family, whose future inspires his commitment to building a stronger community through the arts.
